Refund and Return Policy

At Haidi's Floret, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality flowers and arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have created the following Refund and Return Policy to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Refunds and Returns

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. However, because flowers are perishable, we do not accept returns. If your order is not satisfactory, we will be happy to provide a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

a) Damaged or Defective Products

If your flowers arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Clear photos of the damaged flowers or arrangements.

  • Your order number and delivery details. Once we review your case, we will either provide a replacement or refund for the affected items, depending on availability and the nature of the issue.

b) Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on your preference, and we may request the return of the incorrect product.

c) Order Cancellations

Since flowers are perishable, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed for delivery. However, if you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we may be able to offer a full or partial refund, at our discretion.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Orders that are refused upon delivery or abandoned by the recipient.

  • Flowers that are no longer in their original condition (e.g., wilted or damaged after the delivery).

  • Any items on sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless stated otherwise).

3. Refund Process

If you qualify for a refund:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • We will notify you once your refund has been issued.

  • Refunds can take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your order, please reach out to us. We are happy to address your concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
